We didn't set out to build a soap company. We set out to make bars we could trust on our own skin, and our daughter's.
Every bar of pennyB's is named after Penny Blake. What began as small batches in our Columbia, CA kitchen has grown into something we never imagined, but the heart of it hasn't changed: create soap with ingredients we'd use on our own kids, support Penny's future, and build something rooted in our community.
We hand-pour every batch. We cure each bar for weeks because rushing it means compromising it. We source our honey locally and choose oils and butters that actually nourish skin, not just make labels look good.
